MX4407概述
    MX4407 is a MOSFET with VDS=-30V, ID=-12A, P-channel, and screen printed MX4407, providing SOP-8 packaging.
    The MX4407 uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON), low gate charge and operation with gate voltages as low as 4.5V. This device is suitable for use as a load switch or in PWM applications.
