Lithium battery protection chip

PT6302

    PT6302 is a battery protection chip specifically designed to protect 2 series of lithium-ion/polymer batteries, reducing the risk of battery damage or shortened lifespan caused by overcharging, overdischarging, over temperature/or overcurrent conditions.
    The ultra small MSOP-10 package and minimal external component requirements make it easy to integrate the chip into battery packs with limited space.
    The overcharging detection voltage accuracy of ± 25mV ensures safe full capacity charging of the battery. The current detection voltage accuracy of ± 10mV ensures accurate triggering of discharge overcurrent.
    The low-power design of PT6302 allows the battery pack to consume only negligible current during storage.
