The SC75XXH series is a low-power high-voltage regulator manufactured using CMOS technology, with a maximum input voltage of 25V and an output voltage range of 1.5V to 12.0V. It has the characteristics of high-precision output voltage, extremely low power supply current, and extremely low drop voltage.
