Nano Microelectronics Launches Ultra Low Power TMR Switch Latch NSM105x Series

Time:2023-10-13 Views:620
Nanocore Microelectronics has launched the NSM105x series of ultra-low power magnetic switches/latches based on Tunnel Magnetoresistance (TMR), providing a high-precision solution for digital position detection, which can be widely used in industrial and consumer fields for position detection.
The NSM105x product series includes three product models, namely NSM1051 (single pole switch), NSM1052 (full pole switch), and NSM1053 (latch). By providing users with different optional switch points, working magnetic poles, output phase, sampling frequency, output interface, packaging form and other key features, the NSM105x series can fully cover different system requirements in various application scenarios. The NSM105x series adopts two industry-wide packaging options, TO92S and SOT23-3, which are compatible with mainstream competitors on the market. It supports perforation welding and PCB surface mounting, allowing for direct chip replacement while maintaining the same structural design.
Key Features
    ·Working voltage range: 1.8~5.5V
·High sensitivity, multiple Bop/Brp options available
    ·Optional sampling frequencies: 5kHz, 2.5kHz, 1.25kHz, 156Hz
·Extremely low power consumption: The power supply current of the full-time power supply version is as low as 1.5 μ A. The power supply current of the time-sharing power supply version is as low as 200nA
·Magnetic field detection direction: parallel to the surface of the chip packaging
·Optional magnetic field polarity: working in the Antarctic or Arctic magnetic field
·Output level option: high or low
·Optional output interface: push pull or open collector
    ·Working environment temperature: -40 ℃~125 ℃
Application Scenario
    ·Reed replacement
    ·IoT device
·Water meter, gas meter, heat meter
    ·Liquid level detection
    ·Proximity switch
    ·Wake up switch
    ·Speed detection
