Infineon extends its data recording memory product portfolio and launches the industry first 1Mbit vehicle grade serial EXCELON F-RAM memory and new 4Mbit F-RAM memory

    These two new products have passed AEC-Q100 Level 1 certification, supporting a wider temperature range (-40 ° C to+125 ° C), and supplementing the vehicle grade F-RAM memory product portfolio with storage densities ranging from 4Kbit to 16Mbit. They all have fast and highly reliable read/write performance, with read/write performance up to 50 MHz and 108 MHz in SPI mode and Quad SPI (QSPI) mode, respectively. In addition, these memories have 10 trillion read and write cycles and can support data recording at 10 microsecond intervals for up to 20 years.

These two new products use serial (SPI/QSPI) interfaces and have the ultra-low power consumption characteristics of F-RAM memory, operating in a voltage range of 1.8 V to 3.6 V, and are packaged in a standard 8-pin SOIC.
